Preston is a young experienced lawyer focusing on litigation and Criminal Defense and is currently under the tutelage of Mr. Premlal Krishnan, i.e. the Managing Partner of the firm. Having raised in a household of a professional lawyer, he was always enthusiastic and intrigued about the legal field. While pursuing his degree as a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Legal Sciences from Nari Gursahani Law College (affiliated with the University of Mumbai), he soon discovered his interest in the field of litigation and criminal defense. Simultaneously, he joined the Chambers of Advocate Prakash B. Bhosale, a Senior Advocate at the Thane District Bar Association and erstwhile President of the Thane Bar, as an intern and continued for over a year and a half. Preston learnt a good deal of civil litigation during his internship and learnt how to handle matters for huge MNCs and Municipal Corporations. Subsequently, he joined Pan India Legal Services LLP as a Para-Legal and continued as Associate after being called to the Bombay Bar.
Preston is a Criminal, Company as well as a Civil law enthusiast having experience in varied fields like Property and Inheritance disputes, Family Law, Matrimonial Disputes, Financial Frauds, White Collar crimes, Criminal Defense, MPID matters and matters pertaining to the Negotiable Instruments Act. Preston provides assistance to his clients for dealing with Law Enforcement Agencies and aides in solving issues at the grassroot level.

Prashant is a Stenoghrapher turned Lawyer showcasing hardwork and determination. He started his journey in the legal industry when he was introduced to the profession of Legal Stenoghrapher in the year 2016. He had joined Hariani & Co. as a Steno on insistence of his brothers, who are also lawyers, as a part time indulgence after his graduation. Slowly and steadily his interest in the legal industry started increasing and he decided to pursue LLB from M.K.E.S. College of Law, Mumbai. Simultaneously he joined Pan India Legal Services LLP as a Stenoghrapher. He juggled between work and studies until 2021 and continued with Pan India Legal services LLP after completing his LLB in 2021, now under the new role of an Associate Lawyer.

From the time he was working as a Steno, Prashant has attended meetings, Arbitration hearings and has prepared the requisite letters, notices, praecipes and all supporting documents attached with proceedings.

Now under the role of an Associate Lawyer, he assists his Seniors and attends courts like High Court, City Civil and all Small Court as well as Tribunals like DRT, DRAT and NCLT.

Nadeem possesses diverse expertise in civil and commercial litigation, with a focus on various areas. He has provided valuable assistance to clients throughout the litigation process, including strategizing, drafting legal documents, and representing them in different forums. Additionally, he has a thorough understanding of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Real Estate, Arbitration, Labour & Employment, and other civil & commercial laws.

Before joining Pan India Legal Service LLP, in 2018, Nadeem started his legal career at Juris Corp Advocates & Solicitors, where he gained extensive knowledge in commercial litigation. Subsequently, he worked at Thakordas & Madgavkar Advocates & Solicitors, under the guidance of Senior Solicitor, Mr. Bharat B. Merchant, which further enhanced his skills in drafting as well as making appearances in court.
Nadeem has successfully handled high-stakes cases independently and has had the privilege of working alongside distinguished legal luminaries.

Siddharth is a young lawyer having recently joined PAN India Legal Services LLP. Prior to joining PAN India Legal Services LLP, Siddharth worked in Primacy Legal LLP a small boutique law firm which mainly provided support services to various clients. After a brief stint in Primacy Legal LLP, he joined Adv. Rahul G Walia , Advocate Bombay High Court and a Senior Counsel at the Central Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai, wherein he gained knowledge and expertise in the field of Service Law handling both litigation and non-litigation work.

Before embarking upon a career in law, Siddharth also worked for a period of 3(three) years as an Articled Clerk in M.H.Balasubramanian & Co., Chartered Accountants. In his capacity as an Articled Clerk, Siddharth gained extensive knowledge in the field of accountancy, taxation and audit and has handled clients both individuals and companies.

Siddharth possesses experience of Litigation & Non-Litigation in the field of Criminal Law, Real Estate Law, Banking Law, Arbitration Law, Family Law and Consumer Law.

Before joining Pan India Legal Service LLP, Siddharth started his legal career in the Chamber of Adv. Harshad Bhadbhade, where he gained extensive knowledge and experience in Criminal litigation, Real Estate Litigation and Banking Litigation before the High Court as well as Trial Courts. Subsequently, he started practicing individually in Criminal Law, Real Estate Law (RERA),  Arbitration Law, Family Law, Banking Law and Consumer Law under the guidance of Adv. Harshwardhan Salgaokar and Adv. Abhishek Sathe which further enhanced his skill and experience of arguing, conducting criminal trails and cross-examinations.

Siddharth completed his graduation and Post Graduation from North Maharashtra University in Bsc. & Msc. and completed his LLB from the prestigious Govt. Law College, Mumbai. Siddharth currently is a member of Bombay Bar Association (BBA), at Bombay High Court,  Kalyan Bar Association at Kalyan District Court and RERA Bar Association at RERA Bandra.

Hrishikesh has varied experience in civil litigation with major focus on commercial litigation.  He started his Legal profession in Real estate litigation, matters pertaining to Insolvency and Bankruptcy law, Commercial suits and trademark law. Along with litigation he has also worked into non-litigation wherein he has independently dealt with drafting of Agreements , has been a part of end-to end negotiations pertaining to redevelopment of residential societies.

Before joining Pan India Legal Service LLP, Hrishikesh began his legal career with Solicis Lex Advisory Services where he gained his expertise in commercial litigation. Subsequently, he moved to Naik Naik and Company, which further enhanced his skills in dealing with matters pertaining to commercial litigation, trademark law, Arbitration and Insolvency. It gave him extensive opportunities to appear before tribunals, Bombay High Court and to be a part of teams which have briefed counsels involved in high stake matters.
